Whispercrystal takes natural purple amethyst and gives it a cut you do not see on ordinary gemstone sets. Extra facets run across each die, breaking up the familiar polyhedral shapes and throwing light from different angles as the set moves across the table.
The purple shifts from softer translucent sections into deeper violet patches, and the diamond-cut faces make those changes stand out even more. It is a natural-stone set with a much sharper, more jewellery-like look than a traditional polished gemstone set.
