Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
During peak seasons, sales events, or holidays, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship within Canada only. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination.
Available Shipping Options:
- Canada Post LetterMail (No Tracking) - 5-10 business days
- Standard Shipping (Tracked) - 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (Tracked) - 2-5 business days
Please note that LetterMail does not include tracking or insurance. If you choose this option, IceForgeDice.com is not responsible for lost or delayed packages.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Tracking & Order Status
If you select a tracked shipping method, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking information (if applicable) or contact us at info@iceforgedice.com.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- LetterMail orders are not insured and cannot be replaced if lost or delayed.
- IceForgeDice.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure.
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
- If your package is lost in transit (tracked shipping only), please reach out to the shipping carrier first. If they are unable to assist, contact our support team for further help.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes.
