Liquid-Core Shipping Notice
Liquid-core dice are sensitive to extreme cold. During winter months, exposure to freezing temperatures in transit can cause temporary solidified cores or, in rare cases, cracking due to temperature shock.
We take extra care when shipping liquid-core dice and use insulated packaging (including TempGuard® thermal liners) to help reduce exposure to cold and sudden temperature changes. While this added protection significantly lowers risk, it cannot fully prevent freezing during extended transit or extreme weather conditions.
To further minimize risk, we strongly recommend selecting a faster shipping method during colder seasons. Standard or economy services may involve prolonged time in unheated facilities or delivery vehicles.
Cold-related freezing or cracking caused during transit is not considered a product defect and may not qualify for replacement. This approach is standard within the dice industry due to the nature of liquid-filled products.
If your dice arrive cold or the core appears solid, please allow them to warm naturally to room temperature before handling or use.
